Live Feed - Animal Control phone calls!

SO this is exciting to say the least...
NWCOPRO is on the verge of becoming not just a nuisance wildlife control software to help you run your business, it is now almost ready to become a marketing giant.
We host a directory of our members, this directory is now ready (about) to host published feeds of phone calls that come in daily along with links to solutions to wildlife control issues as per the species involved.
Most directories are static, they simply list company phone numbers, that might be able to help you. At NWCOPRO our website is dynamic and lists not only those people who can help but also gives the company owner the ability to push live feeds by state of calls and a website related to the call.

Search engines can pick up this fresh content because it is showing the activity of people who do this everyday, so that bat call in the apartment - was just solved - and by a local company, not some static list of people who may or may not be in business anymore.

We're live, real companies working everyday to solve wildlife control problems as evidenced by the fresh feed.

As far as I know there isn't another web enabled software that does this at all. As a member not only can you market your business every day - the rest of us will all be working together to produce more fresh documented calls regarding wildlife control. Most companies have to hire bloggers to produce fresh content and of course they make stuff up, in fact there's a leading wildlife control directory out there that just fills space with gibberish to gain SEO ranking. How long before they get spanked by Google for that? The Internet is full of what I call garbage - made up stuff to help people rank.

We don't do that, our content is not only fresh but actually REAL! Real data happens everyday, and yet nobody uses it, they resort to keyword stuffing, link building, and all sorts of "grey" hat techniques. because we are data- driven based on real wildlife control complaints and solutions we expect to rank very well - at least we should!

First steps - Setting up Jobs and Tasks

Most folks, when they first start working with NWCOPRO make the mistake of not using the calendars correctly. The important thing to remember is that there are 2 calendars! One is for the jobs, and the other is for the tasks!

Lets face it NWCO jobs can go on for 7-10 days and sometimes longer depending on what is going on and what you were hired to do in the first place.

AN example would be transient trapping where the goal is to trap for 3 weeks to knock down teh numbers of animals in an immediate area. In the case of transient trapping you will need to check your traps every day (unless your using a trap monitoring system) for 3 weeks.

So the JOB is 3 weeks, but there would be 21 tasks assigned to someone to check those traps everyday, and this is where the task calendar works best.

The Technician agenda, is a list view of the Jobs Tasks - the Task Calendar. So when a technician logs in he can filter his tasks for the day with a single click, and from there see the traps that are there, the previous visits and can create a quick report very fast!
The Technician Agenda also provides a map link and a button to call the customer!

So how do we get this started? Simple from the initial phone call! Enter a new record, and simply create the job as well as a customer with a single click!
Then go into your tasks calendar and setup the trap checks as desired!

As your techs visit the jobsites, setting out equipment, taking photos all of this info stays with each customer and job!

As a business owner you will be able to answer customer questions even if you were not the one who did the work - you can review the reports and be able to assure the customer what was done and when!

Entering a phone call: NWCOPRO

A vital part of running a wildlife control company is the phone call. The phone call component is for recording the events of the phone call. If the caller has called before you will be able to simply hit enter when you get a match and the rest of the matched info fills in. The more you use NWCOPRO the easier it gets!

There are also little icons present so you can see at a glance what type of phone call it is and you can set it to closed to remove it from your immediate view when loading.

NWCOPRO also has additional tabs in the phone log to show you visually on a Google map where your calls come from. Using the search feature you can pull out your calls by species and see where those type of calls came from, separate them by date and gain insights like no other software out there.

Another interesting feature is the zipcode correction button. If you entered a valid address the button creates a request to the us post office and generates a valid zipcode to include the 4 digit code. If the address you entered does not have a match, if for some reason you spelled the street name wrong or the wrong city the zipcode will return a dash, if you see a single dash instead of a zipcode, you can bet there is an issue with the address and more than likely Google will have an issue when rendering a map.

Finally, all calls get factored into the national statistics, again something absolutely no other software for wildlife control does...

Animal /Wildlife control software

NWCOPRO is a wildlife control software solution.
As far as I know this is the only wildlife damage management software out there of its kind!

It all starts with a phone call.

I created NWCOPRO out of necessity for my own business. I wanted to have full access to all my company information while on the road, and I wanted to use my cellphone and my tablet.

Cellphones already have maps and GPS built in, so I knew mapping would be fairly easy.

I wanted to create a route, and a jobs list so I wouldn't forget about those jobs that get put on hold.

I wanted to create an invoice, and email it to my wildlife control customers, maybe even send a w-9 when asked and again right from any internet connected device.

I also started thinking about how many others might want this too!

I quickly realized that the other offerings out there are very expensive, and I thought about how tough it was for me to get my wildlife control business started. It was tough to get phone calls at first.

That's why you will see the directory on the website as well. I hope that my directory will represent the best wildlife control operators in the country. I know that if they are customers then one thing is for sure, they are abreast of the latest technology and trends.

NWCOPRO users enjoy the benefit of being connected to their office in a way never before thought of in this industry.
